2017. Mar ~ May | <Alice : in Wonderland> 동화 타입디자인 실습
고등학교 1학년 수업 중 작업한 동화 제목 타입디자인 과정. <이상한 나라의 앨리스>의 영문 제목을 콘셉트로 잡았다. 고전의 느낌을 살리면서도 심플한 느낌을 살리고자 직선형의 글자에 세리프(삐침)를 주었다. 평가조건 중 채색 재료가 포스터칼라로 제한되어 검은색 포스터물감에 물을 섞어 주위 캐릭터의 형태감을 구분 지었으며, 서브컬러인 연보라색으로 글자에 입체감을 주었다. 특히 C 부분의 경우, 글자를 좌우 반전하여 이상한 세계 안에 들어와 있음을 표현하였으며 레드컬러로 강조하였다.
A title-type design course for children's stories that I worked on during my first year of high school class, based on the English title of <Alice in Wonderland> In order to make use of the simple feeling but a little classic feeling, the serif was added to the straight-line characters. Among the evaluation conditions, coloring materials are limited to poster colors, black poster paints are mixed with water to distinguish the shape of the surrounding characters, and the characters are given a three-dimensional effect with light purple color. In particular, in the case of the letter 'C', the character is horizontally reversed to express that they are in a strange world and emphasized in red color.
